It was great catching up with Alex, Katie, and Ian for another fall session on their beautiful property, Winterfell Farm. We’ve done a few shoots together now, and it’s always a favorite.

The weather kept us guessing with rain on and off all day, but we lucked out. The skies cleared just long enough to get through the session, with soft overcast light and a few quick sunbreaks peeking through.

Alex was totally in his element — running wild, jumping in hay, and making the most of the space. Katie spent time with her beloved animals, and we got a few quiet moments of her on one of her horses that turned out beautifully.

And in true Katie fashion, she sent me home with eggs, jam, and applesauce straight from the farm. Can’t beat that.
