It’s wild how much can change in a year. I last photographed this family at the end of last year, and Molly already feels like a whole new kid — taller, more expressive, and full of personality. And now, with baby number two on the way, their crew is about to grow again.

We met up on a Saturday morning in Roswell. The weather gave us a break — slightly cooler temps than we’ve had lately — and the morning light was gorgeous. Molly was all in for the session: taking direction like a pro, hamming it up when needed, and even asking to hold my hand during a few photos (very sweet, slightly difficult to photograph with one hand).

Their pup Stevie joined in too, and Molly was more than happy to cover her in kisses and snuggles. Nothing too posed, just simple moments with a kid who clearly adores her dog and a family that’s in the middle of growing again.
