I’ve been photographing this family since 2017, when we first met for an extended family session in Canton. Since then, I’ve had the chance to document them through so many stages — and every time I work with them, it just feels easy.

Alycia is a doula and a longtime supporter of my work, constantly referring her clients my way. I’m always grateful for that, and even more so that I get to keep capturing her own family as they grow.

This session was a little on the chilly side, but the kids stayed warm running around and doing what they do best. Wesley and Everette were amazing big brothers to Eloise — jumping in for snuggles, letting her lead a few moments, and in Wesley’s case, even showing off that he’s strong enough to carry his older brother.

The mix of movement, connection, and personalities made for a fun and relaxed session — just the kind I like most.
