I’ve been photographing the Russell crew since Delilah was born in 2018, and every year just gets more entertaining.

Delilah used to be a little shy, but she’s fully come into her own. This time around, she even offered me a dollar to stop taking photos — which, honestly, might be the best compliment I’ve ever received. Harrison, as expected, was hamming it up with karate kicks, bum punches, and nonstop energy.

Their favorite toys made a quick cameo — Delilah’s baby doll and Harrison’s dinosaur, naturally. Nothing posed, nothing forced, just their personalities doing the work.

Always a blast with this family. They’re the kind of go-with-the-flow crew that makes these sessions feel less like a shoot and more like hanging out with old friends.
